It all started at lunch. Between bites of sandwiches, Haley Ingram and Kara Kayrouz spoke of their dreams, aspirations, and those subtle roadblocks that often kept us inches away from our goals.
Discussions shifted to those disheartening moments when our name goes unmentioned for an opportunity in our absence or when opportunities are reserved for those within a certain inner circle, regardless of merit or capability.

Today, C&C is a multi-million dollar company serving thousands of agents around the world.
On the personal side of things, she's a proud golden retriever mom, health and wellness fanatic, and there's a good chance you might bump into her at a local coffee shop. These days, her mission is to help other people start and scale their business.
